Payment and Shipping
The following terms and conditions apply:
Delivery is available within Germany only.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Fitnesshotline GmbH charges a flat shipping fee of €6.99 per order.
We offer free shipping on orders over €59.00.
Fees are excluded from this regulation.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 3 to 5 working days after conclusion of the contract. In the case of advance payment, delivery will be made after your payment instruction has been issued.
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
If you choose to collect your order yourself, we will inform you by email once the goods are ready for collection and provide further details regarding pick-up. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Further details on payment
If payment is made by credit card without using a payment service provider, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
