The Vitamin D Tabs from Best Body Nutrition contain an optimally balanced mix of vitamin D3, vitamin K2 and zinc. A sufficient supply of vitamin D is important for the bones and muscles*. One tablet contains 4000 I.U.** per portion.
Vitamins and minerals are essential substances for the body. The body cannot produce them itself, they must be provided through food or supplements.
