The Vital* Formula Shake from Best Body Nutrition is an optimal shake for diets or certain nutrition programmes such as a metabolism cure. Among other things, the Vital* Formula Shake contains many important vitamins and minerals. These vitamins include vitamin A, B1, B2, B6, B12, C, E, K, biotin, folic acid, niacin and pantothenic acid. The minerals added to Vital* Formula Shake are calcium, chromium, iron, iodine from algae powder (Fucus vesiculosus), potassium, copper, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, sodium, phosphorus, selenium and zinc. Vitamins and minerals are essential nutrients. The body cannot produce them itself, which means they have to be provided through food or supplements.

The Vital* Formula Shake from Best Body Nutrition is additionally optimised with pumpkin seed and lupine protein. These two protein sources contain all eight essential amino acids. Essential amino acids cannot be produced by the body itself and have to be supplied through the nutrition, so that the product makes a good contribution to covering the daily requirement.
The product has also been supplemented with 3 bacterial cultures Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium Lactis and Lactobacillus Casei and inulin.
