With the Mammut EAA Powder the body is supplied with all important amino acids. One serving gives the body up to 74 % high quality EAA. EAA stands for essential amino acids. Although they are indispensable for the body, it is not able to produce them on its own. Therefore, our body must get it through food. Supplements are optimal to support the body owns protein balance. The essential amino acids include L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, L-lysine, L-phenylalanine, L-threonine, L-methionine and L-tryptophan.
In addition, one serving provides 2,8 g of BCAA. BCAA stands for the English term "branched chain amino acids". These are the amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine.
Amino acids are the smallest components of proteins and are divided into essential, semi-essential and non-essential amino acids. Our body usually needs protein and thus the amino acids to maintain and gain muscles*.

In addition to high-quality amino acids, Mammut EAA Powder contains vitamin B6. Vitamins are essential nutrients that the body cannot produce itself. Mammut recommends to mix 9 g (= 1 level measuring spoon) EAA powder with 250 ml of water daily. An ideal time to consume it is after training. On non-training days, the EAA Powder can be drunk after getting up. One can of EAA Powder contains 250 g, which is enough for 27 servings.
